To minimize these risks and with the primary goal to get a holistic overview of interactions with customers, our client, a mid-sized multinational non-food wholesaler, intended to revamp the sales processes and asked for our support in structuring and conducting the related activities.
“Sales is a kind of art, not a process which you can improve systematically”, was the prevailing opinion upon in the first workshop we conducted with the sales team. It was obvious for nearly all team members that the status-quo is optimal and no change was required.
Our experience handling complex change management projects, our skills in the digital environment as well as the strong backup of our client’s management finally resulted in the design and implementation of new processes, together with a CRM application to be used by all sales team members.

Our client, a medium sized international player in the field of circular economy, has identified a business opportunity in this field, intending to market an online assessment tool for recyclability.
With our combined experience in the field of circular economy and digital tools we supported the project through all phases and achieved a marketable version of the application within record time. In addition, we tackled the challenge of the diverse national legal and regulatory requirements in the different countries in order to create a truly multinational tool.
The result is a tool that is capable of assessing materials according to multiple countries’ national recyclability standard. On top it stands out for its unique data model, enhanced user experience and superb reporting capabilities that make the real difference in the business of our client and their customers.
Waste shipment monitoring
Shipments of waste are electronically tracked and monitored in a central online application.
As opposed to goods and services, the movement of waste across borders within the EU is restricted. Depending on the type of waste there are different regulatory mechanisms in place in order to prevent illegal dumping of waste in countries with more favourable economic conditions. Such shipments have to be notified to the national competent authorities and require a high level of operational attention.
Our client, a leading multinational waste management company, intended to implement a monitoring program for their waste shipments, in order to ensure full compliance with the mentioned requirements. At the same time they wanted to make use of the data collected to increase customer service levels and the logistics process efficiency.
Together with our client and based on our combined experience in the field of circular economy, supply chain and digital solutions we have designed, built and implemented a solution for tracking waste shipment vehicles in real time. This allows full online traceability of all vehicle activities through one central dispatch office.
Having an integrated view of logistics movements and the transportation path, while handling all documentation requirements automatically made a real step forward in the business of our client.
